Hi, my name is Jane Darling Connor!! Honestly, I am a music -theatre performer at heart, but I enjoy writing my own songs! Sometimes I will be busy doing something and a tune will come to my head and that is when I grab the guitar or sit at my piano and START WRITING, even though I am not the best at playing these instruments!!! Many of my friends have been at me to post my songs, so I have decided to go ahead and do so! I love Christian, Country and Easy Listening, so, obviously, that's what my songs pertain to. Although not professionally recorded, they are written from the heart!! Really hope you enjoy listening to them!Have you performed in front of an audience?I am involved in musical theatre performances, church performances and many more! I think the Church performances are special since they bring out the best in people, I can see it in their smiles!
Your musical influences
My greatest infuence is my grandfather, a fantastic musician and person!!! I also love Amy Grant, George Strait, The Judds and many, many more!! God Bless my mother who passed away a couple of years ago, her courage and strength during her illness was unbelievable. Without either my mother or my father I wouldn't have had the opportunity or the motivation to do what I love to do, they gave me so much love a person could ever ask for, for that, I am blessed! REST IN PEACE MOM, YOU WILL ALWAYS BE MY ANGELWhat equipment do you use?

I like this song because it is so pleasant to listen too. I also like the casual singing style that brings the meaningful lyrics to life. Nice to actually be able to hear the words of a song for a change. Great Production!
