My friend Brian and I have been producing music together for about a year, it's our favorite hobby. We're just beginners, but we're proud of what little we've accomplished.Have you performed in front of an audience?I've played live, but prefer to just create in the music studio.
Your musical influences
My first and foremost musical influence is my Dad. My favorite guitarist is Joe Satriani. I enjoy all genres of music from rock and metal to instrumental, jazz, ambient, electronica, acoustic and the like.What equipment do you use?
Ibanez, Jackson, Ovation, and various other classical and steel string guitars. Crate and Sunn Amps. A Hamer bass. A Pearl Drum kit. A Digitech GNX3 effects processor, and Casio WK-500 with Virtual Instruments software. My buddy uses a Korg Triton LE workstation, and a K. Kawai Baby Grand piano. Nice music, usually i prefer to make rapmusic, but if i here this instrumentals, i want to sing ;)Absolutely phenominal! You have to listen to all 14 cuts to begin to believe the depth, diversity, and technical ability of this guy. I can't believe that their are musicians with this kind of ability working at everyday, normal jobs--playing and producing this kind of music in their garages. Bravo, Jammin' J.
