Wow! Great production value and some of the best lyrics I've heard.

"Rise" is stirring stuff James. Good enough for a film or stage song I'd say...
Can't fault the lyrics, original and great use of rhymes and internal rhymes!
Music development is great through-out; can't fault that except, possibly, you give us the goodies too readily; maybe you could start simpler and delay those strings a bit and hit us with their emotional impact further on in the song....?
A couple of dodgy vocal sounds to my ear (maybe it's my ear!), on the "and" in "lament and" in the first verse and on "bottom" in the 3rd verse.
Great song James in all three departments; vocals, lyrics and music - pleasure listening to it!

Haunted mind is really great!
I love it and listened to it 5 times - so far. Really good!!
I also like the other song (Black Dahlia) and hope you will post more songs.
