James Alexander DiGiulio
I'm a solo artist,I never was very good at buisness,so I've played in many different band's,but I take music very seriouslyBand/artist history
If you wanna know what upstate power pop is ,let me explain.Where I grew up the blues has roots, some pretty heavy blues cat's lived here ,guy's like sun house .Joe Beard still lives and plays here. The blues inspired many great pop music icons here also , guy's like lou Gramm from foreiner. That's upstate power pop at it's finest. Rochester is home to many great people in the music scene. The house of guitars is here ,the great, great house of guitars.Any axe in the universe, you'll find it there. When I was a kid the city was still a cool place to be.West side all the way!I was in a pretty tough clique.Like all the rest we kept to our own.I guess it helped my music, not to mention growing up poor. My dad was blind and my mom was an outpatient. My dad was also a legend ,a boxing legend,Mike Moola the money maker one punch knock out, shadow boxer. He had to quit because of his eye's. So you can say I have some soul, growing up in all those tough neighborhoods, and I'm glad I didHave you performed in front of an audience?Played live many times, right now I'm just doin blues club's in Rochester,I've had my moments.
