My name is Derick. I make noise.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I've been paying guitar for about 5 years. I've been in a couple metal bands, none of them ever got too big, mainly due to other members lack of motivation and ambition. I started producing music a couple years ago, one big reason being that I could do my own thing and not have to rely on anybody else to get shit done. Since then, just been making music.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
My hip hop project plays live, around the east coast. Hoping to get some live electonica shows going on.

Everything influences me. Literally. Life, death, anger, agression, love, hate, passion, revenge.

Pantera, Led Zeppelin, Lamb of God, Tech N9ne, Tonedeff, Lorin Ashton (Bassnectar), Hatebreed, Sublime, Tool, Metallica, Down
What equipment do you use?
My laptop, my production software, M-audio BX8a monitors, M-audio midi keyboard, and my Jackson DXMG guitar. That's about it for the most part.
