Band/artist history
We started in 2000 as an acoustic band. We starred in a documentary. As the film grows in popularity we find ourselves being swept along with it. We went electric for the first time in public in Chicago in 2004. We have a DVD of the evenings performances.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Our last live gig was The Hideout in Chicago in April of 2004. We were headliners for the weekend. We loved the Chicago audience. Fans had driven in from New Jersey to see us perform. A couple had flown in from PA to see us. Cynthia Plaster Caster was there both nights and wanted to meet the lead singer by the end of the weekend. We were written about in both Chicago papers. A magic time.
Your musical influences
Andy Warhol, Glam bands, The Doors, Van Halen, Surrealism, This is Spinal Tap, Plaster Caster,
What equipment do you use?
Josh is left-handed and restrings his guitars. We are into as many and as large of speakers as possible. 100 watts is as soft as we play, there is no maximum wattage! We also prefer short sets. You either get it or you don't and we don't need to hang around onstage until you do.
Anything else?
The groupies are nice! We need more!
