Inner City Hoodlumz

Putting it down since 1992, I.C.H has been bringing that hot shit for the underground streets. Hailing originally from the Midwest but known nationally, Sliik D, K Smooth, Seville and Sekret brings that heat to the world of music.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Chicago hip hop group Inner City Hoodlums (aka I.C.H) drops an album along with 2 Alabama natives. A mixture between the Chicago sound and the Dirty South sound. Album featuring 2 of the original members Sliik D and K Smooth (hailing from Chi-Town) & Sekret and Gee (hailing from Alabama). The original group started in the early 90's with founder Kareem Moore (Lil Seville), Sliik D, K Smooth, and Greg Green (Eightball). They made underground tapes (which featured their rhyming abilities) to showcase around their neighborhood of family & close friends. Two of the members met up with Alabama native Sekret in the late 90's. From there, they started writing and producing alot of tracks which highlighted their new connection. It was a Chicago/Alabama connection and they met with producer/artist Gee. He found a new sound for the group before later joining them to produce a new album. "REAL DIRTY" is a great CD, good production, bangin beats, raw lyrics. An aggressive album for the streets.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
A special moment? When we released Real Dirty, it damn near became an anthem for the South that year, especially in Alabama.
