I just make beats and have people rap over them.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Not much history, I just make beats in the living room. Did I mention that I hate the music industry?
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I played live in front of my piano teacher and his wife at his house once.
Your musical influences
As a producer, if I had to only name one then it would have to be Marley Marl. He was the one the made me want to do this when I was younger. Other than that, I just jack everybody else's style that I like and make it my own.
What equipment do you use?
The beats on here were only made with Cubase and Sampletank 2XL but I have the following:
MPC 2500, Fantom-XR, Motif Rack ES, ASR-10, MS-2000, Mo Phatt, Kurzweil PC361, Technics 1210, ProTools LE, SampleTank 2XL
All this doesn't make me any better, it just means I have crap I don't use. It's all a collection of over 10 years as well.
