I am an acoustic performer from Bournemouth who until recently was the bass player in MIRRORBALL. Now starting out under my own steam I have played gigs across the south of England. Over the last 10 years I have played with, as well as Mirrorball, MAINE STREET & COLONEL MUSTARD. We had a lot of excess, highs and lows, thrills and spills. LOVE IT ALL!
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
At the end of a successful summer in 2001, Maine Street lost a great friend, Simon London. We felt it fitting to dedicate a 1 day 12 hour music event at Bartonka to help give his passing the tribute it deserved. On that day we played host to many bands including TEX LA HOMA, THE MARLINS, CANDLEFIRE, THE APES and many others. A lot of drinking and remembering went on and by 7pm we had drunk all of the pumps dry!! It was after that that we came close to running out of bottles also, but we made it through the night and without a hitch. Big thanks to everyone involved.
