Lease Rules: You can lease a beat for a year. The lease means the beat is not YOURS i still own the beat but you can have it for the production of a song, video, etc. It will still stay Copyrighted under my name.
Sale Rule: You will pay upfront. If youd like me to hold a beat you must provide myself with half the prics (non-refundable). After the all payment is recieved you wil recieve a High Quality Mp3, Wav, and Fruity Loops File. All sales are final!
