I'm a solo musician. My piano instrumentals are mood pieces, written to capture a particular emotion. While I do write songs with vocals and instrumentation, none are yet at the point to share.Band/artist history
I began playing the piano when I was 12. After a year's worth of lessons I grew frustrated and quit. In hindsight, I wish I had not done that.
Throughout my teenage years I listened to friends and acquaintances play music they had written. It took me many years of stumbling and fumbling in a very disorganized manner until I could begin to write anything.
It wasn't until I actually studied, analyzed, and reflected upon music textbooks and recordings that I began to make progress. And the results are what you hear today.Have you performed in front of an audience?I don't perform publicly. Most of my music is simply for private, thoughtful enjoyment.

My pieces are composed on my Kawai GS-40 grand piano. To capture the sound I use two Joe Meek JM27 microphones, a preamp, and my computer.Anything else?
