HORSEDICK is MoshCore! Nothing more and nothing less!
HORSEDICK are grinding and moshing 'til the psychiatrist arrives. Their lyrics are simple but true.
Band/artist history
From 2001 to 2010 Horsedick are one of the most intense
corpsegrinding Moshcore bands in Germany.
HORSEDICK are:
Gdansk - voc/git
Morten Bolzen - voc/git
Schaarmhaargeddon - bass
Nillos - drums
HORSEDICK was founded in 2001 by Gdansk, Nillos, Schaarmhaargeddon and The Tiger of Malaysia in Idar-Oberstein, a small town in Germany. Since then the DICKS established a very unique mixture of grind/crust/metal/hardcore attitude, peppered with with lots of cynical side blows to the hardcore and metal scene.
In 2002 HORSEDICK released their first MCD ?Rebolzt To Castle Ulfenstein? that became well known for its black humor and ironical lyrics. HORSEDICK appeared on a widespread music sampler for the ?Musikmesse Frankfurt? with their song ?The Taliban Jazz Inferno?.
2006 The Tiger Of Malaysia left HORSEDICK and Morten Bolzen joined the band. After the legendary ?Entziehungskur ist Hochverrat? tour HORSEDICK decided to record a second studio LP.
2009 HORSEDICK released their second CD ?Konfessionen einer Crackhure? meanwhile the second part of the ?Entziehungskur ist Hochverrat? tour.
