Well basically its goin down like this, Home Town Ballaz consist of brothers Lil' Roe and 2Sikk. The name, concept, and ideas started in the middle of 2005 but we kept planning and workin on this shit, until late 2005, to make sure we aint gonna flop. The time to blow up was set for the beginning of 2006. We been doin it big thangs out here on these street for quite sum time now and its time we really shine and show the rap game whut we got. We have always operated of the concept of d.i.y., do it yourself. So that means we are in charge and we make all our own moves. Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Hell naw... matta fact... hell muthafuckin naw.... aint got nuthin to do wit no stage fright or shit like dat... heh we never scared. We'd much rather be gettin crunk on the flo of the club. Plus we got mufuckaz tryin to kill us and cops tryin to serve warrants n shit. We stay real lo-ki so go download all the exclusive shit found here but then you gonna buy them cd's mang.
Your musical influences
We are influenced by the streets. All the local labels, rappers, gangsters, hustlers, and supporters who did their thing before we started doin ourz in Jan 2006. Basically mad props to anybody and err body who has been down with the scene tryin to open the door for people like us. Now itz just time we grab the ball and run wit it.
What equipment do you use?
2 brainz, a laptop, a mic, fruityloops, 2 boxes of blunt and usually about a zip of dro iz just the start of a workin night.
