Hiro Miyazaki
Became seriously involved in music at the age of 24. Expression of ture-self has been the main theme of my music. Staying sensitive towards surroundings has been my challenge.
Been the master mind of a band called "The Persona" putting my hands on writing, recording, producing, mastering, and promoting. In February 2004, The Persona released first album "Aquatic Self" and second album "Aesthetic Blend of Peculiar Minds" in November, 2004. Currently, I reside in Japan starting a new Post Rock band 'Sonicland Peace Makers' in Nagoya region.
The Persona enjoys radio airplay and TV appearances in Southern California, and opening for national touring act. Also, The Persona provides music to indie films.Your musical influences
Bjork, Lamb, Hooverphonic, Radiohead, Sigur Ros, The Cure, Jeff Buckley, Mum, Air, etc. What equipment do you use?
Yamaha guitar w/Texas Special pickups. Epiphone acoustic guitar, Fender P bass, a computer, and my twisted mind.Anything else?
