Hilary Cousins
Hilary Cousins' music has been described as cinematic and evocative. Colored with poetic visual imagery, it travels the world of emotions, embracing a lush spectrum of human experience.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
During the last eight years, Connecticut based singer-songwriter HILARY COUSINS has been developing material and cultivating his craft. This commitment shines through in his debut release, "Continents Collide," co-produced by Tony Ungaro, whose production credits include work with Joe Jackson, Marshall Crenshaw, and Butch Vig. One listen to the opening track "If I Let You Down" makes it absolutely clear that HILARY COUSINS is a refreshingly passionate new artist. He is no stranger to the media industry. He has worked as a technician, segment producer and writer on feature films, music videos and
documentaries. It was while working on the sets of music videos that he realized, "...this is
what I want to do, perform my music and get it out there!" If you enjoy the works of Bruce Cockburn, Van Morrison, Mike Scott/The Waterboys, Neil Young and U2, then Hilary Cousins is a must hear.
