High Pink Clouds
Music of the High Pink Clouds comes in three flavors of original music:
1. Home Studio generated and/or digitally manipulated music - includes the "comedy" compositions.
2. The performing psychedelic rock band - bass, drums, and at least one, but preferably two , guitars/roland guitar synths.
3. High Pink Clouds Lite is the solo guitar version of the projec, ideal for art galleries, wine and cheese parties, and thrift store fundraisers.
I should note that we have an enormous repertoire of electrified versions of old delta blues songs mostly from the 20's and 30's, but we call ourselves The Nightducks when we play that stuff.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I've been doing projects like this for over thirty years.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We played one live gig in public at the 2006 SpaceRockCon in Alabama to a small but enthusiastic crowd. Had offers from other parts of the country, but couldn't string enough gigs together for a tour. I've given up trying to get any gigs in Louisiana, club owners here that I've approached aren't into our stuff
