My style is harmonically driven and I write for both classical instrumentation as well as modern (I guess you can say new age) beats and loops. I'm open to writing music for anything. Koji Kondo, Naoki Sato, Joe Hisaishi, Rachmaninoff, Chopin, for their abilities to evoke strong emotions, often from simplicity. Tchaikovsky, for being cheesy and sounding good at the same time. Prokofiev, for doing weird things that no one else would have. Also whales.
