Hello Goodbye

First of all: my name is Jeroen van Engelenhoven. Hello Goodbye is an old nickname I got stuck with here on Soundclick... It is not an artists name or something like that! September 2007 I started to make music again, after having done hardly anything with it for years and years, apart from making an instrumental or a tune every now and then. In a creative flow I made 9 new songs in September and October. In January 2008 two were added and in April and May 2008 I wrote and recorded another 12 songs. And at the end of 2009 three more were added. I usually make up a song, record it, finish it and if I'm still feeling creative the next one follows. If not, no problem: it's a hobby and I make music purely for the fun of it! Anyway, all songs are brand new, so not re-recordings of old songs: the main thing I like about making music is creating new things. I work pretty fast because I like to surprise myself with a new song: as soon as I have to work on it for a few days it becomes to much like er... work. ;) All songs are simply arranged in chonological order, going from the oldest one, Yellow light (09-2007), to the newest one, Circle (12-2009): so I didn't put the best ones on top. ;) The songs are pretty diverse, so if you don't like the first you might like the second, or third, or... etc. Or none, of course. :P A few from the older ones aren't that great, but I just left them there for completeness sake. Below Circle are instrumental demo's I made for various reasons (fun, testing, etc.). All songs were recorded at home, on the attic, all by myself, using VSTi's only (apart from the voice of course). I used to be a guitar player but due to circumstances I can't play the guitar anymore. Hope someone will enjoy it. If at least one songs is appreciated, it was worth the trouble uploading it all. ;)

My own favorites are: Yellow light, In another dream, Fallen leaves, Unresolved anxiety, After awakening, Turn around, Glass and Free. And well, also Distortion, Circle... and so on. :P Anyway, if you don't want to listen to everything, try those first. ;)
