HeartBeat Records

AJversions, & Heartbeat Rec., a group originated by two young brothers with musical backgrounds, originated from D.C. The oldest (Bru, 1987, born in Louisiana, raised in D.C.) and (Enoghene, 1988, born and raised in D.C.) were born into the rugged city of D.C.,where they have grown to use their experiences and express them in their music. They consider their beats to be reflections of past and present times; not only for rap and r&b, but for a deeper meaning. From r&b and soul to rap, these artists have a unique style which influences rappers to produce their best music, and singers to sing with all they got. In time, the young producers met up with other talented artists which had a style similar to their own. These artists are Tosan, AYE, and Shawn-du, Cord B., and Darian. As these young producers/artists continued to grow up, they used there many experiences to create music which will soon affect the nation. They R a movement which is soon to pop off in the musical world. With time and God, they plan on going all da way... Like what you hear?, look out for the next hit.

Most of us in the groups are our own seperate musicians and do play live with other ensembles. This is a project we are trying to start on our own.

Inspirations from the different artists in this group include Michael Jackson, James Brown, Tiberland, Pharell Williams, Debbie Allan, the old Whitney Houston, and musician side of R-Kelly.

Midi Processors include Reason, Garageband, and Fruityloops. Recording software include Cubase, Protools. Audio editing software include SonySoundforge and Wavepad.
