Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Con a.k.a Flavaz and Frost go way back, since befor we even thought about rapping. Suties came in the picture when he moved to H-Block from Toronto a few years ago and started rapping with Frost. Con had worked with Dj Logik in the past when Awkword from Strictly Business introduced them to each other. Then as if it was ment to be Dj Logik linked up with Frost at school. Thats when it all came together and H-Block was born.
