Haulin' Grass
Haulin' Grass is a hard driving bluegrass band based in Northwest Georgia. Our roots run deep to the hills of Kentucky and other areas steeped in the tradition of great music. The band is comprised of Martin Thomas on banjo, Jeff Wheelock on mandolin, Eddie Campbell on upright bass and Tim Adair on guitar
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
We've been together for about six months but we all have been playing for what seems like an eternity (in dog years).
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
All the local opry houses, block parties, roadhouses, flophouses and the occasional coming out party. Sometimes they're all one in the same.
Your musical influences
The Big Three: Monroe, Flatt&Scruggs, Stanley Brothers with a little Larry Sparks thrown in for good measure.
