1. FREE DOWNLOADABLE BEATS - You can download the Mp3 file of the song and use it for promotional purposes only. You cannot sell an Album/EP if it contains one of our free beats. Failure to comprehend will see legal matters. If you want to use the free beat on an Album/EP you can lease it for $100 and use it up to 1,000 units or you can purchase the beat for $500 and therefore own the beat.
2. LEASING BEATS $100 - You will receive a MP3 file of the song, untagged (free of voiceover) and/or the raw .wav file. These files will be delivered digitally. Leasing rights will allow you to use the beat for usage of 1,000 units of your Album/EP. You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional use also.
3. EXCLUSIVE BEATS $500 - You will receive a MP3 file of the song, untagged (free of voiceover) and/or the raw .wav file. These files will be delivered digitally. You may use these beats for unlimited commercial recordings. You have full rights to record, alter or mix the instrumental in any shape, way, or form (EXCEPT reselling the beat). Once purchased, no one else is allowed to lease or buy the same beat.
4. CUSTOM BEATS $1000-$1500 - Custom beats are available for artists and record companies who are serious about putting together an artist's Album/EP project. Custom beats are sold to only one user and once obtained the custom beat cannot be resold to any other party. The payment is made when the customer is completely satisfied with the beat.
