Great song,Mike! Very well put together, played and sung. I listened to a couple of songs. Some good music here. I'll be back to listen to more when I have more time. Tks.
02/22...just gave this tune another listen. Some great playing there... Like the way each instrument is distinctive and clean. It's a real catchy song and has really good lyrics and a nice moving flow to it. This is a very good,solid song! Tks for sharing it.

I like what I hear. Folky, country, old time colors, Nawlins rollin´ feel. All instruments masterfully played, outstanding lyrics, great vocal performance.

Wonderful production, smooth jazzy lazy mood here! Great winter lyrics (MAN IT IS COLD HERE THIS YEAR, TOO!!!!!)
Great singing goes with the lyrics. Recording, especially of vocals and guitars is just WOW! Pro all the way.
And yes, I like it the way it is, too (without chorus)
Nice harp solo, good idea to bring in another instrument.

Song: Wink Of An Eye
Hank this is a great piece and I kind of don´t know why you call it a DEMO because to me this sounds rather finished.
First of all you have a wonderful and down to earth poem. Yes indeed, it´s just a wink of the eye in the end!
Great rhtyhmic and tonal changes here, you really know how to play this guitar, and also how to record it. Sounds great.
Your voice seems to treat the lyrics just as it should be.
There might be some minor pitch issues here, but hey: Think of Bob Dylan, did he ever care for appropriate intonation? And does he have an audience.
What I´m talking about is originality, and you got tons of it here.
So, honestly, just quit calling it a DEMO and in my view we´re all set....
:D
