Hand-Out INC is a Pittsurgh based Record lable, which is host to Rap artists, Rock bands and solo projects. Working AB Studios and Ruffbass MGT both are sub-divisions of Hand-Out INC.

jTRAX and The World just performed at the Three Rivers Arts Festival as the 1st rap act EVER booked there. They Did an hour show.
