We have been producing hip-hop beats for over five years. We come from a small town from Vermont with under a thousand people. We use facilities at The New England Institute of Art for most of our records, however also own a pro tools home studio. As a student at Ai, my knowledge progresses everyday. Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Over the last five years we have produced and locally released two albums including original music from both us and local acts. Over the years we have grown as recording engineers and producers. We have recently taken up both sides of the Hip-Hop landscape taking on the mic as well as the 1's and 2's. The lyrics are funked out and the beat smokes blunts.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We produce for ourselves and anyone in need of assistance, regardless of musical taste. And no we dont play live, at least not yet.
