Haggle For Haggis
Our music is a combination of lots of styles as you can hear when you listen to our songs. When we play live, we usually play as an acoustic duo. We have played at the local and famous Caffe Lena's in Saratoga Springs, NY and also at a benefit concert in Wells, VT. So, we usually have a folk/punk feel when we play live.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
The history of our band is no different than any others. We are artists by nature and our day jobs lack the creative outlet we need to have in our lives. And we will continue to create music no matter what.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We played live for the first time in summer 2007(see introduction). Do we like it? YES!! There were some bumpy moments (mostly nervous jitters) but nothing that would stop us.
Your musical influences
NOFX, Metallica, John Vanderslice, Iron Maiden, Green Day, Janes Addiction, Public Enemy, Beastie Boys, Beck, Tears For Fears, Sunny Day Real Estate, Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Living Color, Pink Floyd, Led Zepplin, etc, etc.
