Habitual is the Metal band that is once again poised to become a ruthless slayer of any local music scene. Habitual is carving a new path for hardcore metal everywhere with the unique and brutal combinations of sounds from influences of such bands as Pantera, Slayer, Megadeth, and Sepultura. When Habitual takes you on a dark, twisted adrenaline-filled departure from reality, you will be left with your pulse racing and begging for more.Band/artist history
Originally formed in 2000 by Steve Coen (Vocals), he brought a hard-edged life- and musical style that influence the drive and image of the band. Aaron Lawrence (Lead Guitar, Vocals), brings his take-no-prisoners attitude to his guitar work and helps bring the sound of the band into the hardcore adrenaline pumped style it is today. In the band's current form, Tommy Harris supplies the crunch on rhythm guitar while also bringing an impressive array of technical abilities. Nate Hagan is the drummer from Hell with beats untouchable. Jayson Hall, bringing the low-end thunder with his hard-assed, aggressive style, completed the lineup after a long search.Have you performed in front of an audience? We'll play anywhere, any time. Tearing a place apart live is what makes it worthwhile.
Your musical influences
Everyone in the band has different influences, including Slayer, Megadeth, Burton-era Metallica, Sepultura, In Flames, Testament, Cannibal Corpse, and much more thrasn/death/speed metal, punk, and hard rock.Anything else?
