GWANN TRACKER iz my stage name. Born in 1973, i always had music under my skin... Discovering Hip-Hop in Africa around 1986 with the breakdance i used to practice... Then i learned piano and guitar, dicovering the roots of Hip-Hop : the blues, the jazz, reggae music, funk, 70's heavy rock...
And here i'm back in Hip Hop and hardcore rap with some crazy instrumentals, open to every musical job possible....
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Well, i began with Organaîzde Mandragore Omicides by the year 1993... A very special power trio in which i used to play guitar, to sing and to compose a lot of tunes of several musical styles (blues, jazz, rock, Hip-Hop....). Then, by 1995, i began to play every instrument alone, with a little help from my PC... By 1997, i met a rapper, Randori, and a manager, Bosco, with who i founded Ebolah Record, a hardcore rap label, and Sundatah (hiphop instrumentals). Here you can listen to few
of my instrumentals. Enjoy them, and guidance shall keep I and I on the wisdom road...
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Yes i do play live every time i can there and there... I adore it... especially when you forgot about the fact you are on stage... Understand?
