Gunners
Gunners the Band, consists of three guys, who used life as an excuse to be heard. But when all is hard, and when the light seems to stop shining, they turn to thier passion. The Love of music is what brought Fue, Meng, and Tou Fue together. It's also the love of music, that creates the ideal dream for these three. A dream to one day share their artistic abilities with the rest of the Hmong community.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Gunners story.
The oldest Fue, Meng is the middle one, and Tou Fue is the youngest. Two brothers, and a first Cousin. All picked up a Ukalele, and never put it down. One guy invented the voice and the lyrics, while the other two play upon the tunes. They all share the same vision of how thier music were to be played. Grew up together, but got seperated for nearly 10 years, and now reunite to share thier love of music with the world.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Yes, we played live with the Milwaukee Band Reminders. They are our teachers, and the ones who introduced us to music.
Your musical influences
Competition, anyone who is better than us, have always influenced, hardwork. Put downs, any one who said we were too foolish to become a true band, just put our heads together. Love, the one's who support us, always inspire and ignite the flame within us.
What equipment do you use?
3 Guitars, one Keyboard, used sound system found in a junk yard.
