Germain Moya b.k.a Gspot is originally from Atlantic City, NJ. Born 1981, he has been producing music seriously since July of 2004. He started as an in house producer for a Hip Hop/R&B group, DGR, in which he was also the lead rapper. After separating with the group Gspot ventured solo and now produces music for himself, as well as local artist in the 904 Jacksonville FL. Gspot credits his production influences to all of the top producers, past and present. From the Neptunes and Timbaland, to Prince, Jimmy Jam, the list goes on and on. As a performer, the list is the same, Michael Jackson, LL Cool J, Ginuwine & Usher. Gspot's incredible style is like none out there today. Combining a smoothed-out lyrical style like LL Cool J with witty metaphoric deliveries like Ludacris, lace that on top of melodic beat bangers, just mellow enough to grind to, and you have hit maker in your presence. Gspot has performed in front of packed venues around the island of Oahu, Hawaii from Blue Tropics, The Neil Blaisdell Center, Panama Hatties, Venus Night Club, and the Wave Waikiki. In Jacksonville, he has performed at clubs such and The Seawalk Hotel and Club TSI. He has also received radio play in Fayetteville, NC on Hot 104.5, with his former group DGR. Currently he is in the process of starting his own label "ButterCrunch Joint" and is working with two artists under the label; Rondevou and Nvno1 (envy no one).
