Groove Punch

Groove Punch is an innovative group of guys from 19-23 years of age, who have formed a jazz quartet.Rasmus Vestervig mainly writes the music and everything from hard bop to jungle. We're trying to reach as many people possible with our music. Mainly because we feel that our generation is in serious need of an alternative to dominating pop-mainstream, which from our point of view doesn't take us any where new. We're always seeking innovation, the dynamic, because that's where we think the individual is challenged. And through the challenge innovation is a fact. We try to play music, which people of all ages can relate to and have an opinion about. But at the same time we play music that challenges the listener to gain a broader spectre of music. So don't miss out on our way of contemporary jazz in a very postmodernistic time.

We have only played gigs inside Denmark, but are hoping play in other countries too.
