Groove Lab
Groove Lab v2 was formed in November 2006 when Ashu and Melroy were drinking at Vasant Bar in Andheri (East). After bitching about the rock scene in Mumbai for an hour, they decided to get back to playing. Sapna was an obvious choice for the rhythm section because of her hard-hitting and funky grooves. Siddharth happened to hear about the band and wanted in. The music of Groove Lab is Mind-funk, which is derived from the Latin word Mind-fuck.
