I Must Tell Jesus. After all, He knows all the answers and has all the power to change things.
"May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world." Galatians 6:14
"Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed," says the Lord, who has compassion on you. Isaiah 54:10
"For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God." 1 Corinthians 1:18
Were it not for the Wonderful Grace of Jesus, no one could be saved!
"But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed." Isaiah 53:5
"So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness. Colossians 2:6-7
This song was requested by Jeremy Boyce, one of my "fans" on the internet. The lyrics to this song are quite beautiful, and I hope you like the song as well.
I was pushed back and about to fall, but the Lord helped me. The Lord is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation. Psalm 118:13-14
In this song I have "let myself go" in a bluesy treatment of a beautiful traditional Christian song. I hope you get into it as much as I did!
"We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to his own way; and the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all." Isaiah 53:6
Let the little children come to Me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these. Matthew 19:14
A happy day indeed, when Jesus washed my sins away! Here is a bit of "soul" to rejoice in Jesus saving our souls. It is okay to clap along with this one! Or even dance!
This song has been one of my favorites since I was a child. Most likely it is one of your favorites as well. God bless you as you listen!
Oh yes, I know this song is Jewish, but then again, so is Jesus Christ! Israel is the apple of God's eye, and it will endure forever. I am including this song as a testimony of my love for Israel, and in honor of the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
