Grand Melody
I always enjoyed good music. Music with quality production. A touching main melody, passionate lyrics, the final chorus sung by everyone at the same time or in a softer tone by a solo artist, guitar solos mimicking the main melody, orchestral strikes as the lyrics hit home the most, bridges that compete very well with the chorus, etc... I always loved music all my life, since before I could talk. I never bothered with a movie unless it had familiar melodies playing throughout the entire film. 8 mile, It 1990, Titanic, Matrix, Jurassic Park, Lion King, Harry Potter and so on. I work with grand piano the most. I began making my own melodies when I was a young age and was eager to learn how to produce my own hip hop beats that had soundtrack styled melodies and more production when I was 18 years old in 2008. Mainly for my own listening purposes.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Most of these instrumentals are unfinished quick practice beats I made over this past year. All my music was deleted. This is my new Artist page.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
ADHD makes my mind go blank everytime! Doesn't matter how well the lyrics are memorized. Stage fright.
Your musical influences
My influences were many hip hop soundclick beat producers from the 2007-2012 era and I learned a lot from a Psybient/Ambience producer, so my instrumentals are a combination of both but I have been gradually moving onto learning electronic/dance music.
What equipment do you use?
MIDI keyboard and a controller. Mac computer.
Anything else?
Most of my beats are meant more for listening because of the amount of production I like to use. Some are good for soundtracks too. Some for lyrics. I'm here to make music for my own listening purposes and to get an idea of which ones people like and to see how others hear music. I'm not even sure what era of music were in right now XD.
