I am pretty much a solo artist who just likes making music. I have alot of partners in the rap business, but we all like to do our own thing. I appreciate all feedback, good or bad,, i know sometimes my songs may not be mixed to perfection, but sometimes i compose whole songs, music, lyrics, recording mixing and putting down to cd in a matter of just a few hours. Also, I almost always freestyle second and third verses.Have you performed in front of an audience?Only one tru live performance. It was a talent show by a southern rap label looking for artist. It was back in the days of the Group thing which was probably four years ago, and my skills have come a long way since then.. There was only one place that night and that was first.. anybody else was just out of luck. Not to mention there were like fifty performances that night. I say we had about the fourth best crowd reaction, but today I know I could get the best crowd reaction because I am so much more an entertainer than I was then.
Your musical influences
My biggest influences..... Walt Williams... My first years as a lyricist were pretty much just me and didnt have the knowlege of bars an key and lyrical animation. I could have never thought of making a beat until I met him. We sit for hours and hours going over so many aspects of music. It was like sitting in a room with Dre. or Eminem. He also produced many beats on my first albumn. Second, Ed Marion, Really got me started in the whole music thing. Larcen, a great lyricist from Chicago who moved here to Mississippi. His lyrical talent is amazing and working with him has improved me along the way. Now on to the famous people, Tupac,of course. Bone Thugs, Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Biggie Smalls, Three Six Mafia, Playa Fly, Eminem, Fifty Cent, Lil John, Too Short, back into the oldin ages of Hip Hop, like Eazy E and Sir Mixalot and probably hundreds I can't remember anymore.Admin
