Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
GONE WILD came together due to their penchant for hard rockin' and rockin' blues type music, although all individual band members have their own solo careers, GONE WILD is truely a meeting of the minds.
Our sound comes from a conversion of the blues, classic rock and the GONE WILD spirit.
Songwise we are influenced by wherever the mood takes us, lyrically a lot of our songs are based upon human emotions, antics...things we have seen, heard about, lived, appreciate...and a few things that get our dander up as well.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Rob is in a band called Quadraphonic, and they most certainly do play live in Taranaki, New Zealand...every moment with that band is special, like people some are more special than others.
Richard is currently working with several artists on different projects and currently has no plans for live endeavours (as he's too busy managing other acts).
Your musical influences
GONE WILD sound like a cross between Iron Maiden, Motorhead, Bryan Adams, Tom Petty, ZZ Top, Gary Moore, Queen and something altogether different.
