sorry about that, forgot to start writing!! Anyway listening to day after day and loving it. Love the contrast of the spoken verse against the chorus. I'm impressed with this song style, and I'll listen to more now Paul

hey Gary "can't face this without you" its a little rough around the edges but the chorus is really good and I think your lyrics are really great. when I'm writing my songs I pretty much always hate what I come up with. you're a natural at song writing. the other was is good too I'd like to hear you sing in a higher key maybe try singing an octave higher just go for it!

Hey when did you get good? I should never have opened this can of worms, anyone interested in this guy's f***ed up older brother's stuff should go to the Small Talk page, not quite as song based, more experimental and weird!

Hey Gary, thanks for leaving some good coments on my page. I just listened to your 2 new tracks. I can definitley hear some influence from Damien Rice, James Blunt and Steven Fretwell in there. Very nice guitar work, and lyrically quite strong too. The only bad comment I would make is that the vocals are a bit flat. But hey that should come with a bit of work. Keep it up man, and good luck with the gigging.

Hey gary, i like the way i'll be there builds in the beginning its a cool riff. Your singing is improving big time and the production is much better. nice fade out. the first verse is a little hard to hear but when the chorus comes in its a perfect mix. Good job! Johnny

wow Gary thats a huge difference. nice and clear and clean. since you have multi-track recording now you should always double your acosutic parts and pan one left and one right it will give you a very full sound. keep the vocals right in the centre. you should try playing with a click track or a simple drumbeat just to keep it in time. whats cool though is as far as i can tell you haven't used any effects. you're on your way pal give it sometime and you're recordings will start sounding really professional
