Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I am a pro BMI writer and have had a few cuts with major and minor artists over the years. One of my songs "I Can't Quit Loving You" has been used on a CD and in a movie. Another song: "Talk About Us" has been used in two TV shows. My biggest cut was "Midnight Words" with Janie Fricke back in 1983. "Time" was selected as a VH1 song-of-the-year finalist, in March 2004.
Your musical influences
I'm a fan of 70's R&R guitar. Ringing tones, and jams like the Allman Brothers, Deep Purple, Rick Derringer, Lynryd Skynryd etc.
What equipment do you use?
I have 3 guitars, an acoustic, an acoustic/electric and an electric. I mix on a Tascam tape machine. I also have Roland electronic keyboard.
