Gigi Disco Rock
Gigi Disco Rock was formed in 1998 and comprised of Carey Burtt, (vocals, guitar), Adrianne Mamet (vocals) and Jennifer Carey (Tuba). Carey was formally of Carey's Problem. Jennifer Carey plays with The Vanity Set. Trying to make pop songs that are ugly and pretty, serious and funny, a marrying of opposites. Covering all states of the human experience.

The history of the band is that the band is history.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
The band played live in New York City from 1998 to 2001 or so. Drummer keep quitting but our best shows were at Hank's Saloon in Brooklyn.

Carey Burtt wrote all songs on Horrified. Jennifer Carey came up with the idea for Monkey Conductor. The Evil Song was inspired by the book "The Lucifer Principle" by Howard Bloom." Aunts in the Pants was a continuation of sexual abuse songs started in Carey's Problem. Fall Asleep is another "I wanna die" songs..but a pop version. blah blah blah
