The origins of Gid began in 2001, when Michaël started writing various pieces of music. Over these years the pieces have matured and new ones have been written. Currently, Michaël is putting together a demo.Have you performed in front of an audience?Not yet. I would like to soon though.

Influences vary from metal to ambient, classical to industrial, blues to jazz. A few artists that have really inspired me to create my own music are Anathema, Mozart, Nine Inch Nails, Novembre, Joe Satriani, Saturnus and VAST, among others.What equipment do you use?
Ibanez RG7 electric guitar, Line6 PodXT and a basic Casio keyboard.
