Band/artist history
George Young's rapping career was influenced by his friend Sebastian back in middle school. While attending Booker T. Washington George became friends within an up and coming rap star named GP. So he approached GP with some song ideas and some hooks. GP, amazed by his talent, eventually convinced George to pursue his craft and to get in the studio. GP was able to get George to record a few verses on the now classic CD, Da Beginning Ain't Over. Since then George has appeared on GP's underground showcase, From Birth 2 Dirt, and in May, 2004 he released his very own underground showcase, entitled Verse One. After receiving much praise for his versatile flow, creativity, and wordplay that only a genius can craft, George has now ventured future into the music production scene. After mastering the production boards George Young has produced tracks for many up and coming Houston artists, such as Jokaman and Magnificent. As a producer/rapper George is back in the studio once again. He is currently working on another underground, and an his first actual album which can be expected to hit shelves early 2005. This man's talent is too great to be slept on, so get ready to see him doing big things in the near future!
