Door to door jobs suck. Especially if there's no hourly salary.: Today, I worked a door to door job for Commerce Energy. And it was the WORST mistake I've made recently.
I would be working 6 days a week for 12 hours going from city to city going to people's doors so we can lower the gas they're paying on their PG&E bills. No hourly salary, lot of angry neighbors and rejections, and everything would be based off commissions. That's less than I would be making in retail or fast food. Plus I'm being paid to scam people I figured.
