April 6,2008: You Know the hardest thing for me is sitting down and do the "hard" work of recording and mastering the stuff I write. Anyway time to buckle down and I have started 3 new projects.
One thing I do love is learning from the greats, and I have been listening to some great stuff by the Flaming Lips, DEVO ( with Brian Eno producing), the Police ( a study in stripped back production) and old Alice Copper ( with Bob Ezrin producing). These guys really know you to bring the best out in a song, so I am trying to learn from them.

Already this year, you can point to the sterling work of the Fleet Foxes and the Explorers Club as proof positive of this phenomenon.

New: Hope everyone is staying dry in theis terrible weather we are having here in the midwest. Working on some new "covers" and some new originals I am workiing on.....To those who are trying to help me, thanks to you and sorry it is taking me SOOOOO long.
