Jazz/ Metal: When I wrote a piece called Stir Crazy about 10 years ago on the 4th of July, I was bored out of my scull and was literally going stir crazy. I was ill and had no plans to go celebrate independence day as I was pretty much stuck in bed. I did manage to get up and write it down as it just kept repeating itself over and over in my mind.
