G-BO! (real name Andy Gibbard) is a electro-y hip-hop-y singer-songwriter rappery enigma. He has been writing since the age of 14 but only started producing and recording properly in the last year. He has finished 2 albums so far: "Th Brk Dwn": A collection of progressive-house and club beats "Of This Earth": More trip-hop based, down-tempo, ambient. Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I've been writing since I was a ickle boy, but only properly recording in the last year or so. I've been in a few bands in my time but it's writing and making music myself that I found more satisfying. Also, the last couple of months I've been honing my skill as a produced for other people, with my next project producing a very talented local folk singer!
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I have been known to dabble in the art of live music, though I havent done anything big yet, only for friends at parties. But at the end of June I've got a slot at a local music festival =]
