Fuse, Venezuelan Alternative Rock Band Influenced by bands Like Radiohead, Muse, U2, among others

FUSE is a spanish Alternative Rock band, that was born as a project five years ago, with their actual members and name 3 years ago. The band members are:

Gustavo Vargas: Guitar, Lead Vocals

Francisco Cuevas: Lead Guitar

Ricardo Ríos: Rythm Guitar, Back-Up Vocals

Gilberto Martínez: Bass, Back-up Vocals

Francisco Osal: Drums

Fuse main influences are Radiehead, Muse, Cldplay, U2, and others. The’yve played live in various clubs, and taken part in different festivals such as Alma Mater in 2003 and 2004, won a small festival which took place in Las Mercedes, where some of Caracas best night clubs are, and in some of Caracas major universities. With three years, FUSE has recorded several demos, the last one with six songs. Overall, they have 15 songs in their repertoire.

Yes, we do. WE’ve placed in some of Caracas best-known rock clubs, such as Moulin Rouge, Little Rock Café, La Belle Epoque, and others. WE’ve also played in some festival, such as Alma Mater, a festival organized by Fundación Nuevas Bandas (New Bands Foundation)

Ask for Venezuelans to support rock made in our country, because there’s plenty of talent here, and we can’t let it go to waste, and to everybody in general. There are very good rock bands in Venezuela, and because other countries get more attention, like Mexico or Argentina, we remain practically unknown. Support us and support good music.
