Fry Bread
Direct from the Back Alleys of Edmonton, it's Fry Bread! Fry Bread is a band composed of individuals living on the streets of Edmonton who discovered that we could use our musical talent better together than individually.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Fry Bread is comprised mainly of Aboriginal People who are homeless in Edmonton. we decided that our lives needed to be shared, and our days remembered, so we create and share the stories of our lives using music as a vehicle.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
All but one member of Fry Bread is homeless and lives on the streets and back alleys of Edmonton, Alberta, in various dumpsters, couches, and just about any other place we can find.
We play live on the streets, and are working on our first big gig!
What equipment do you use?
Anything we can get our hands on that will make music!
