Frozen Asphyxia
Cold and grim. That's how Riryoku likes it. Frozen Asphyxia is an artistic project started by a lone musician named Riryoku in July 2005. FA's goal is to combine the grim fury of several subgenres of extreme metal and art rock into one essence.

Your musical influences
Vocals are inspired by such notables as the otherworldly demonic growl of Mikael Akerfeldt (Opeth and formerly Bloodbath) and, to a lesser degree, Peter Tagtgren (Hypocrisy and currently Bloodbath). I also like to imitate the throaty roar of Nile's Karl Sanders and Dallas Toler-Wade. Musically, I am influenced by all the stuff I listen to. i only have like, three Death Metal albums in my collection, but I have a fairly large collection of mp3s that I have downloaded from Century Media, Relapse, and band homepages. All of THOSE combined influence me also.What equipment do you use?
