Out of the streets of Hopkinsville Kentucky comes christian rap artist Sheldon "Frost Byte" Trotter. After watching both his father and brother do time in the system, Frost decided to walk away from his gang affiliations to pursue his true passion.... music. It has always been his dream to get in the music business and make his mark. Growing up in a rough neighborhood had alot to do with the music he was makeing. His lyrical content was about gang violence, drug use, the typical way of life in the streets. FrostByte grew up singing in his hometown church choir, so uplifting the Lord Jesus Christ has always been in his heart. He quotes "the devil lead me a stray, but GOD still was right there with me, gave me a tap on the shoulder, and brought me back to the light" The talented rapper/singer/producer/song writer is now using his talents to uplift the name of Jesus Christ. If i have no problems traveling to the location, then i have no problem performing. I've done alot of night clubs in my past, before i converted to Christian/Gospel rap. Now it's mainly churches and convention centers. As far as special moments go, everytime i perform, and the crowd i praising Jesus with me, that's special enough to me.
