Band/artist history
I started out on a cute little version of FL3 my freshman year of hikes school and dawdled with loops on and off for a few years. Soon, I took it to the next level by composing actual little 'techno tunes'. My knowledge of the program was still in its infancy (fx?..what's an fx?), but I gained a lift when my buddy Jeremy, who's a little more computer savvy than myself, which opened countless new avenues within Fruityloops. By this time we were using FL 4 and later FL 5. Before long I took off learning about sound synthesis and mixing. Jeremy and I began to collab and combined his knowledge of these things and my musical background filled with jazz as well as classical training (9 yrs keys, 5 on trumpet). We made 2 CD's, first 'Collision Course' and later the more refined 'Fade to Blue'. Between these 2 CD's and a lot of support from friends, we gained a modest fan base in Monroe, MI, where I'm from. Jeremy and I always had different views on what kind of sounds we wanted to produce and eventually split the collab of 'Munix and Rezonance' as we called ourselves. He still makes trance-esque and ambient music with his sik-nasty, dare I say vintage synth. As for me, I continued to experiment on Fruityloops 6 and pulled together an album called 'Drift', characteristic of the many ambient sketches with a sort of aqua feel. Nowadays, I'm going to school in Big Rapids, MI at Ferris State U and I've been continually doing solo work as well as collabing with my friend Marshall on a few experimental hip-hop tracks. I've since become more interested in the art of beatmaking. So that's where I stand today- a mixture of my past- trance, jazz, ambient, hip-hop flavors put them together, call them what you want, it's always just been me making music. No bounds, no labeling.

Have you performed in front of an audience?
I have performed live once in Monroe, MI and will again in Big Rapids, MI. Any special moments? This one time I was tweaking a knob for automation and OMG, I got totally haxored by the synth.
